Most orders are despached within 1-2 working days. Embossed belts take a day longer due to the dye and waxes drying time.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day, and will try to resolve the problem immediately. You will always be kept informed of the progress of your complaint

Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail within the UK & Royal Mail Airmail world wide. Any dates and times quoted for delivery of goods are approximate and we cannot be liable for any delay however caused.
VAT at the current rate is included in the prices shown.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience at Bucklebox. If you aren't happy with something you purchased, please return it to the address above.
If you are returning goods because they are faulty or because of an error on our part we will gladly give you a 100% refund including carriage costs.
However, if the product is what you ordered we will deduct the carriage charges from your refund.
We refund carriage costs only if the return is a result of our error. If you decide that the product was a mistake on your part the item's postage must be paid by you to return it.
You can cancel your order by email before it is shipped. If you are returning an item, please let us know the reason for the return along with your order number.
All special order items cannot be returned for refunds so please make sure this is what you want before purchasing.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You have 14 days from the date they have received the goods to inform that they wish to return them, and then an additional 14 days from when they have informed you until the goods need to be sent back
