Using the personalised/customised service
We may be unable to process orders that we have reason to believe may include copyrighted or trademarked images logos symbols or marks, indecent or pornographic images, prints, text or symbols or that in our opinion others may find offensive.
By using the personalised/customised service you agree:
Only to send to Us images in which you own the copyright (e.g. you took the photographs or they were taken with your permission with your camera) or images which you are authorised to send to Us. You agree not to send Us any images which may be objectionable. You agree not to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to be responsible for any claims, costs, expenses or legal proceedings caused as a result of your use of this Service in contravention of this section. 
Further, in these circumstances, We shall be entitled to cancel any pending orders for Products to be made for you and terminate any access permission granted to you by Us forthwith, without notice to you. Any photos you upload to the Service will only be retained by Us as defined in our Privacy Policy and any projects you create on the Service will only be stored whilst you are editing them. You should always back up your photos on your own computer.

As the only employee is the owner I am posting items once a week at the moment.

Embossed belts take a day longer due to the dye and waxes drying time.
 Any dates and times quoted for delivery of goods are approximate and we cannot be liable for any delay however caused.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience at Bucklebox. If you aren't happy with something you purchased, please return it to the address above.

If you are returning goods because they are faulty or because of an error on our part we will gladly give you a 100% refund including carriage costs. However, if the product is what you ordered we will deduct the carriage charges from your refund. We refund carriage costs only if the return is a result of our error. If you decide that the product was a mistake on your part the item's postage must be paid by you to return it. You have 14 days from the date they you receive your goods to inform us that you wish to return them, and then an additional 14 days for the goods to be returned to us.

You can cancel your order by email before it is shipped. If you are returning an item, please let us know the reason for the return along with your order number.

All special order items cannot be returned for refunds so please make sure this is what you want before purchasing.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you receive a newsletter it will only be because you previously requested to be on our list either by ticking the relevant box at the checkout our by entering your email address at the foot our home page. We never send newsletters without your consent and you can always unsubscribe from within the newsletter.
