Credit Card Security
Our store has a secure shopping cart system as it's protected by a 128bit SSL Secure Server which means that all credit card transactions are completely safe and encrypted.
Once you reach the payment section where you enter your credit card details you'll see the begining of your address bar change from 'http' to 'https' - the 's' lets you know your on a secure site.

Most orders are despatched within 1-3 working days.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days, and will try to resolve the problem immediately or in any case within 5 working days. You will always be kept informed of the progress of your complaint

Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail Recorded within the UK & Royal Mail Airmail world wide. Any dates and times quoted for delivery of goods are approximate and we cannot be liable for any delay however caused
VAT at the current rate is included in the prices shown.
Bucklebox does not disclose any customer information to third parties. Only information collected during the placement of an order is held by us and is solely to enable us to fulfill that order, and is collected by ourselves only, not third parties, and we do not use that information to send out marketing material.
You do not need cookies enabled to buy from our online shop.
If you receive a newsletter it will only be because you previously requested to be on our list either by ticking the relevent box at the checkout our by entering your email address at the foot our home page.
We never send newsletters without your consent and you can always unsubscribe from within the newsletter.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience at Bucklebox. If you aren't happy with something you purchased, please return it. A contract of sale will be deemed to exist between Bucklebox and you (the customer) from the time that the goods are prepared for despatch from our shop. You should therefore be sure that you read and understand the following:
If you are returning goods because they are faulty or because of an error on our part we will gladly give you a 100% refund including carriage costs.
However, if the product is what you ordered we will deduct the carriage charges from your refund.
If your package arrives damaged please report it to us immediately. You must also report any damaged packages to the carrier at the time of receipt. We cannot issue a refund for any damaged product, or carriage charges for that product, if both of these procedures have not been followed.
We refund carriage costs only if the return is a result of our error. If you decide that the product was a mistake on your part the item's postage must be paid by you to return it.
You can cancel your order by email before it is shipped. If you are returning an item, please let us know the reason for the return.
All special order items cannot be returned for refunds so please make sure this is what you want before purchasing.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
From time to time slight colours & details may vary which we are unaware of until the stock arrives, this is beyond our control.
We prefer that you pay by Credit/Debit Card online using Klarna or PayPal, you can also call us if you prefer to pay by telephone.
